At 07VIP Ltd, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.

Shipping Costs

Free standard UK delivery is included with every order.

There are no additional delivery charges unless an alternative shipping option is selected at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00 pm (Monday to Saturday) are usually dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 pm will normally be dispatched on the next working dispatch day.

Orders are not usually dispatched on Sundays or UK public holidays.

Delivery Services

Standard orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, which typically arrives within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Orders with a value of £100 or more are automatically upgraded, at no extra cost, to Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is typically delivered on the next working day after dispatch.

Orders dispatched on a Saturday are normally delivered on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where applicable).

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Royal Mail operational delays
• Adverse weather
• Bank holidays
• Industrial action
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses supplied by the customer

07VIP Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays once an order has been handed to the delivery service.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, we may be unable to amend it once your order has been dispatched. Additional postage costs may apply if an item is returned to us and requires redelivery.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter with the delivery provider.
